Emily Randall is an American artist based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Her practice explores themes of memory, heredity, anxiety and personal mythology. It often engages with her Louisiana cajun roots and plays on her concerns about the climate crisis. Her work tends to fall in the spaces between realism, surrealism and symbolism and varies in execution. Emily is continuously experimenting with new techniques and she often incorporates recycled and discarded materials into her work.

Emily has been a trustee of the Forest Arts charity for the past five years and is a collective member of both Embassy and Sett Studios. In addition to her day job as Exhibition Coordinator at a major gallery in Edinburgh, she often takes on side projects in graphic design, illustration and curation.
